一、个人简介

王志强,讲师,2017年毕业于韩国翰林大学,博士研究生;曾在韩国翰林大学天然医药研究所和食品科学与营养系兼任助理研究员;近年来参与国际课题8项,发表论文31篇,其中SCI收录29篇,国际授权专利1项。

1.主讲课程:营养与食品卫生、食品分析、生物化学。

2.研究方向:开发抗肥胖、糖尿病及其并发症的功能性食品和药品;建立快速筛选天然活性成分的分析平台。
